Freight and Insurance
Our price list & cart does not include shipping charges. Insurance against loss remains the responsibility of the purchaser. If you would like your goods insured against loss – please let us know when ordering and we will quote a price for insurance.

Australia Post

We usually use Australia Post for local deliveries and international orders depending on expected delivery times and cost. Shipping for international orders will be quoted at time of ordering.

Star Track

We use Star Track Courier for AIR and ROAD shipments. All shipments have a Tracking Facility

Cost:

• 3kg Satchel $12.00 ex gst (if your order is under 3kg it may not fit in a satchel, then we ship in the 5kg)

• 5kg Satchel $24.00 ex gst
  With airbags generally if you are in the metro area you will receive your order the next day but it is not guaranteed, so if you have an urgent order please keep that in mind. Remote country orders can take an extra day or two.

Orders that are delivered during office hours and not received (if you are closed early and not there to receive them) will incur a re-delivery charge.

Road shipping – Star Track

Road shipping is recommended for large orders.

• Perth to Adelaide 4 working days (approx)

• Perth to Melbourne 4 working days (approx)

• Perth to Sydney 5 working days (approx)

• Perth to Brisbane 7 working days (approx)

Remote country orders can take an extra day or two.

Note: Star Track is unable to deliver to PO BOXES

Orders that are delivered during office hours and not received (if you are closed early and not there to receive them) will incur a re-delivery charge.

Orders left with “authority to leave article on premises without signature” are at customers own risk.
